摘要：目的总结武权生教授治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经遣方用药规律,为临床辨治提供参考。方法收集武权生教授2020年10月1日-2021年10月1日门诊治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经病例处方。采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)建立数据库,分析符合标准的处方,运用改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等方法对数据进行挖掘,确定用药频次,药物之间的关联规则等。结果经筛选,纳入125首处方、涉及药物58味。高频药物有醋三棱、醋延胡索、生蒲黄、醋莪术、土鳖虫等。关联规则有“紫石英-小茴香→醋延胡索”“肉桂→醋三棱”“紫石英→醋三棱”等,药对包括“马齿苋-益母草”“柴胡-黄柏”“海螵蛸-益母草”等,核心药物组合有“橘核-乌药-路路通”“川芎-仙鹤草-乌药”“黄芩-泽泻-鸡血藤”等,演化得到3个新方组合。结论武权生教授治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经以“阳化气、阴成形”理论为指导,以少腹逐瘀汤化裁,多用温阳化气、化瘀止痛药物,临证酌加理气除湿之品。
Objective To summarize the medication law of prescriptions of Professor Wu Quansheng in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea;To provide reference for clinical differentiation and treatment.Methods Professor Wu Quansheng’s prescriptions for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea from October 1,2020 to October 1,2021 were collected.TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)software was used to establish the database,and the prescriptions meeting the standard were analyzed by rules.The improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to analyze the data,and the frequency of medication and the association rules between drugs were determined.Results After screening,125 prescriptions were included,involving 58 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The high-frequency drugs were vinegar Sparganii Rhizoma,vinegar Corydalis Rhizoma,Typhae Pollen,vinegar Curcumae Rhizoma,Eupolyphaga Steleophaga and so on.The association rules included"Fluoritum-Foeniculi Fructus→vinegar Corydalis Rhizoma","Cinnamomi Cortex→vinegar Sparganii Rhizoma","Fluoritum→vinegar Sparganii Rhizoma",etc.Medicinal pairs included"Purtulacae Herba-Leonuri Herba","Bupleuri Radix-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex","Sepiae Endoconcha-Leonuri Herba",etc.The core drug combinations included"Citri Reticulatae Semen-Linderae Radix-Liguidambaris Fructus","Chuanxiaong Rhizoma-Agrimoniae Herba-Linderae Radix","Scutellariae Radix-Alismatis Rhizoma-Spatholobi Caulis",etc.Three new combinations were developed.Conclusion Professor Wu Quansheng treats endometriosis dysmenorrhea with the guidance of the theory of"yang transforming qi and yin forming shape",and uses modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,mainly adopts medicines with the efficacy of warming yang and transforming qi,reducing blood stasis and relieving pain,with medicines of regulating qi and removing dampness clinically.
