摘要:“校院共建”临床医学专业是医院与学校协同育人、培养合格医学人才的重要途径之一,对深化医教协同、落实以岗位胜任力为导向的人才培养创新模式具有重要意义。为结成推动地区医学事业发展的共同体,提高医疗人才培养质量,探索甘肃省医教协同发展新模式,甘肃中医药大学与省人民医院合作共建第一临床医学院,以校院一体化共建管理模式建设临床医学专业,双方突出优势特色、促进要素流动和医教资源共享,在基本教学设施、人才培养体制机制、教学团队建设、专业学科建设等方面进一步深化合作关系,实现教学相长、相互促进、共同发展的合作共识。文章以甘肃中医药大学五年制本科临床医学专业为例,分析了大学与非直属医院在共建关系下对临床医学专业发展的影响,并提出在现有架构下,临床医学专业建设的几点建议。
“University-hospital co-construction”is one of the important ways for hospitals and universities to cooperate in educating and cultivating qualified medical talents.It is great significance to deepen the collaboration between medical education and the implementation of the competency-oriented talent training innovation mode.To form a community to promote the development of regional medical career,improve the quality of medical talents,explore new models of the coordinated development of cooperation of medical education in Gansu province,Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gansu Provincial People's Hospital jointly established the First Clinical Medical College,the integration and management mode of construction of clinical medicine specialty,the two sides highlight the characteristics of advantage,promoting flow and psychiatry and resource sharing,we will further deepen cooperation in basic teaching facilities,personnel training systems and mechanisms,teaching team building,and professional discipline building,so as to realize the cooperation consensus that teaching and learning benefit each other,promote each other and achieve common development.Taking the clinical medicine major of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the university and non-affiliated hospitals on the development of clinical medicine specialty,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of clinical medicine specialty under the current structure.
