摘要：由于前斜角肌综合征的手术治疗缺乏广泛适用性,而保守治疗则在适用性和早期治疗上体现出较大优势,针对本病的保守治疗迅速发展。本文通过分析与总结临床上对前斜角肌综合征常见的保守治疗,如针刺、电针、针刀、推拿等,指出以往相关研究的不足之处,普遍随访缺乏、治疗点选择较局限等。引用肌筋膜经线理论,探讨前斜角肌综合征保守治疗的新思路。
Due to the lack of wide applicability of surgical treatment for anterior oblique syndrome, conservative treatment shows great advantages in applicability and early treatment, and conservative treatment for this disease develops rapidly. Through the analysis and summary of clinical conservative treatment of anterior oblique syndrome, such as acupuncture, electroacupuncture, acupotomy, massage, etc. This paper points out the shortcomings of previous studies, the lack of general follow-up and the limited choice of treatment points. Based on the theory of myofascial meridians, a new way of conservative treatment of anterior oblique syndrome was discussed.
