摘要：脂肪组织主要分为储存能量的白色脂肪组织(WAT)及消耗能量的棕色脂肪组织(BAT)。BAT失活和WAT累积导致的BAT/WAT失衡,是肥胖疾病进展的重要因素。激活BAT、促进WAT转分化可通过增加产热和调控糖脂代谢改善肥胖。腺苷一磷酸活化蛋白激酶可激活BAT,促进WAT转分化,防治肥胖等代谢性疾病。本文主要综述BAT/WAT失衡促进肥胖发生,以及激活BAT和促进WAT转分化协调二者失衡改善肥胖的研究进展。
Adipose tissue is primarily divided into white adipose tissue(WAT),which stores energy,and brown adipose tissue(BAT),which consumes energy.Studies have shown that the imbalance between BAT and WAT,resulting from BAT inactivation and WAT accumulation,is a key factor in the progression of obesity?related diseases.Activation of BAT and promotion of WAT browning can improve obesity by increasing thermogenesis and regulating glucose and lipid metabolism.Numerous experimental studies have demonstrated that adenosine monophosphate?activated protein kinase activation can stimulate BAT and promote the trans?differentiationof WAT,thereby prevent and treat metabolic disorders such as obesity.This article provides an overview of the research progress on the promotion of obesity through the imbalance between BAT and WAT,as well as the therapeutic potential of activating BAT and promoting the trans?differentiation of WAT to restore this imbalance and improve obesity.
