摘要：心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)防治已成为现代医学的研究热点,但其发生机制尚未完全阐明。随着现代医学对该病的深入研究,发现其与细胞自噬密切相关。益气活血类中药可调控心肌细胞自噬蛋白及基因的表达,本文就益气活血类中药对MIRI过程中细胞自噬的影响最新进展进行综述。
The prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)has become a research hotspot in modern medicine,but the mechanism of its occurrence is not completely clear.With the in-depth study of this disease in modern medicine,it is found to be closely related to cell autophagy.TCM with the efficacy of reinforcing qi and activating blood circulation can regulate the expression of autophagy proteins and genes in cardiomyocytes.This article reviewed the latest developments in the effects of TCM with the efficacy of reinforcing qi and activating blood circulation on cell autophagy during MIRI.
