摘要：目的:探讨一指禅推拿对海洛因戒毒者生命质量及单胺类神经递质水平的影响。方法:选择2020年7月—2020年12月甘肃省强制隔离戒毒所的戒毒人员80例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规戒毒康复训练治疗,推拿组在对照组基础上给予一指禅推拿治疗。比较两组药物成瘾者生命质量测定量表(QOL-DA V2.0)评分及单胺类神经递质[多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]水平。结果:两组治疗后QOL-DA V2.0总分、躯体功能、心理功能、戒断症状和社会功能评分高于治疗前,且推拿组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后DA、5-HT、NE水平高于治疗前,且推拿组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一指禅推拿可以提高戒毒人员身心健康水平,减轻戒断不适症状,促进社会功能恢复,从而全面改善海洛因戒毒者生命质量和单胺类神经递质水平,值得临床应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of one finger Zen Massage on the quality of life and monoamine neurotransmitter levels of heroin addicts. Methods: A total of 80 cases of drug addicts in Gansu Province Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center from July 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, according to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine drug rehabilitation training, and the massage group was treated with one finger Zen massage on the basis of the control group. The scores of QOL-DA V2.0 and the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters(dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), norepinephrine(NE)) were compared between the two groups. Results: The QOL-DA V2.0total score, physical function, psychological function, withdrawal symptoms and social function scores in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the massage group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of DA, 5-HT and NE in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the massage group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: One finger Zen Massage can improve physical and mental health, alleviate withdrawal discomfort, promote social function recovery, thus comprehensively improve the quality of life and monoamine neurotransmitter levels of heroin addicts, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
