摘要:陇菜属于中国众多菜系中的一种,甘肃的环境造就了陇菜的独有特色。陇菜菜名主要有写实命名和写意命名两种命名方法,既符合中国菜名的基本命名方法,又富含浓郁的地方特色和民俗风情。在对陇菜菜名进行英译时,要根据菜名的命名方法及菜品的独有特点,择优选用直译、音译、意译、加注等多种方法。
Long dish is one of China' s numerous cuisines, whose unique character is created in the environment of Gansu province. Long dishes are mainly named in two ways: portraying the shape and conveying the spirit, which conform to the basic ways of naming Chinese dishes, and contain abundant local characteristics as well as folk customs. The English translation of Gansu dishes should be based on the dish naming methods and and the dishes' unique flavor, giving priority to the methods of literal translation, transliteration, free translation and annotation.
