摘要：股外侧皮神经卡压综合征是骨、软组织、神经三者生理结构滞错型疾病。作者通过阅读近年来关于股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的相关治疗文献,结合自身临床体会,主要从股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的精准解剖定位、病因病机分析及前沿治疗手段等方面进行论述,从中西医结合角度进行系统性归纳,以期为临床治疗提供参考及理论指导。
Femoral lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome is bone and soft tissue and nerve three physiological structure lag the wrong type of disease.The author in recent years by reading about the femoral lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome treat-ment related literature,combined with their own clinical experience,mainly from the femoral lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment syn-drome of accurate anatomic localization,etiology and pathogenesis of analysis and frontier treatments,the essay systematically summa-rized from the viewpoint of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,so as to provide reference and theoretical guidance for clinical treatment.
