摘要：医学的人文特征决定了医疗决策过程中决策主体的层次性、决策过程的复杂性和影响因素的多元性。医疗决策的核心人物是社会认可的与患者最亲近的人,但患者家人、医生、患者亲属都能发挥自身的影响力参与医疗决策。参与医疗决策的主体由于各自身份的不同,他们所坚持的医疗决策不同。在更深层次上,医疗决策是医学发展、经济利益和情感寄托等力量交织融合的结果。
The humanistic characteristics of medicine determine the hierarchy of decision makers,the complexity of decisionmaking process and the multiplicity of influencing factors in the process of medical decision-making.The core of medical decision making is the socially recognized person closest to the patient,but the patient,family,doctor,and patient relatives can exert their influence to participate in medical decisions making.The subjects who participate in medical decision-making are different from each other in their medical decisions because of their different identities.At a deeper level,medical decision-making is the result of the integration of medical development,economic interests and emotional sustenance.
