摘要:目的比较当归不同药用部位对急性血瘀模型大鼠的活血作用的异同。方法用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素联合冰水浴法建立急性血瘀大鼠模型。按体重将SD大鼠随机分为6组:空白组与模型组大鼠用0.9%NaCl灌胃;阳性对照组大鼠给予复方丹参滴丸73 mg·kg^(-1);3个给药组分别灌胃全当归、当归身和当归尾水煎液(均为10.8 g·kg^(-1)),每组10只,连续给药9 d。用自动血流变检测仪测定全血黏度(WBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞沉降率方程K值(ESRK)、凝血酶原时间(PT)。结果给药后,空白组、模型组、全当归组、当归身组、当归尾组的PV分别是(1.45±0.21),(1.79±0.38),(1.09±0.41),(1.42±0.21),(1.47±0.15)m Pa·s;这5组的ESRK分别是5.84±0.41,6.62±0.92,5.74±0.78,7.14±2.68,5.55±0.64;这5组的PT分别是(8.93±0.82),(8.22±0.28),(8.65±0.54),(8.28±0.23),(8.62±0.50)s,模型组与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);全当归组与当归尾组与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论全当归和当归尾有很好的活血作用,当归身活血作用较弱。
Objective To study the effects of different medicinal parts in Angelica on the promoting blood function in acute blood stasis rats.Methods The acute blood stasis rats were established by hypodermically injecting with adrenaline hydrochloride and swimming in ice water. SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group had 10 rats: blank and model groups( orally administered with saline),positive control group( orally treated with compound Danshen dripping pills at the dose of 73 mg·kg^-1),three drug groups( both orally treated with Angelica,Angelica body and Angelica tail of water decoction at the dose of 10. 8 g·kg^-1). All the drugs were administered to rats for consecutive 9 d.The contents of whole blood viscosity( WBV),plasma viscosity( PV),hematocrit( HCT),whole blood high cut reduction viscosity,K value of the equation( ESRK),erythrocyte aggregation index( EAI),prothrombin time( PT) were detected by automatic blood rheometer. Results With the treatment of Angelica,Angelica body,Angelica tail in high dose groups water decoction,the contents of PV in blank group,model group,positive control group,and Angelica,Angelica body,Angelica tail groups were( 1. 45 ± 0. 21),( 1. 79 ± 0. 38),( 1. 09 ± 0. 41),( 1. 42 ± 0. 21),( 1. 47 ± 0. 15) m Pa · s; the ESRK in the 5 groups were 5. 84 ± 0. 41,6. 62 ± 0. 92,5. 74 ± 0. 78,7. 14 ± 2. 68,5. 55 ± 0. 64; the PT in the 5 groups were( 8. 93 ± 0. 82),( 8. 22 ± 0. 28),( 8. 65 ± 0. 54),( 8. 28 ± 0. 23),( 8. 62 ± 0. 50) s,comparison between blank group and model group,the difference of the factors was statistically significant( all P〈0. 05); comparison between Angelica,Angelica tail groups and model group,the difference of the factors was statistically significant( all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Angelica and Angelica tail,which have same promoting blood effect,have effect of promoting blood on the acute blood stasis rats,and Angelic body has weaker effect of promoting blood.
