摘要:纳入90例(160颗患牙)楔状缺损患者,随机分为2组(n=80颗)。A组用3M Filtek^TMZ350 XT纳米树脂充填,B组用富士Ⅱ玻璃离子与3M Filtek^TMZ350 XT纳米树脂联合夹层修复技术充填;治疗后观察1、2年充填体的脱落率分别为9.09%和1.33%、17.14%和4.29%。富士Ⅱ玻璃离子和3M Filtek^TM Z350XT联合夹层修复楔状缺损。
160 teeth with wedge-shaped defect from 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=80)and restored by 3 M FiltekTM Z350 XT nano-resin(group A),and sandwich repair technology of Fuji II glass innomer cement combined with 3 M FiltekTM Z350 XT nano-resin.1 and 2 years after treatment,the shedding rates of the filling bodies were 9.09%and 1.33%,17.14%and 4.29%,respectively.Sandwich repair technology of FujiⅡglass innomer combined with 3 M FiltekTM Z350 XT nano-resin is more effective in restoration of the teeth wedge-shaped defect.
