摘要：通过分析各医家对《金匮要略》第一篇治疗肝虚证条文“补用酸……”的解释,认为其正如尤在泾所说:“酸入肝以下十五句,疑非仲景原文,类后人谬添注脚”,并从肝的生理病理及肝病的临床用药两方面论述其原因。
By analyzing the annotations of mechanism of liver deficiency in first section of synopsis of the golden chamber ,it is pointed out that some annotatious writed by medicines in ancient time were wrong and deviated from the meaning of ZHANG Zhong-jing . The reasons of the conclusion were discussed from physiology pathology of liver and the rules in the using of drugs of liver disease.
