摘要:为寻找廉价高效、无毒无害的印染废水处理剂,以凹凸棒土原土(NA)为主要原料,利用氢氧化钠和二硫化碳为黄原酸化剂,硫酸镁为稳定剂,以湿法改性制备得到黄原酸化凹凸棒土(XA)。以X射线衍射(XRD)分析和扫描电镜(SEM)分析表征了其晶体结构和表观形貌,结果表明凹凸棒土黄原酸化改性成功。将XA吸附剂应用于对甲基橙(MO)模拟废水处理中,XA对MO具有良好的吸附脱除性能。采用单因素试验得到其最佳脱除条件:在室温(20~25℃)、自然pH(5.10~6.20)、MO模拟废水的初始质量浓度ρ0=300 mg·L^(-1)、XA吸附剂的加入量为3.0 g·L^(-1)、振荡吸附时间30 min的条件下,甲基橙的脱色率R高达99.83%,处理后废水中MO残余质量浓度ρe=0.5100 mg·L^(-1),达到国家排放标准,且处理后沉降快速,固液分离简便。XA是一种资源丰富、价格低廉、高效无毒、环境友好的新型印染废水处理剂,其推广和应用具有良好经济效益和环境效益。
In order to find a cheap,efficient,non-toxic and harmless printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent,attapulgite raw soil(NA)was used as the main raw material,sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide as xanthan acidifiers,and magnesium sulfate as a stabilizer.The xanthate attapulgite(XA)was prepared by modified preparation.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis were adopted to characterize its crystal structure and apparent morphology.The results showed that xanthate modification of attapulgite was successful;XA adsorbent was applied in treating the simulated methyl orange(MO)wastewater,and XA has good removal performance for MO.A single factor study was conducted to obtain the best removal conditions:at room temperature(20~25℃),natural pH value(5.10~6.20),the initial mass concentration of MO simulated wastewaterρ0=300 mg·L^(-1),the addition of XA adsorbent under the condition of m=3.0 g·L^(-1) and shaking adsorption time t=30 min,the removal rate R of methyl orange is as high as 99.83%,and the residual mass concentration of MO in the wastewater after treatment isρe=0.5100 mg·L^(-1).It can meet the national discharge standards,and can settle rapidly after treatment,and can separate easily from the solid and liquid.So XA is a new type of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent with rich resources,low price,high efficiency,non-toxicity,and environmental friendliness.Its promotion and application will bring about good economic and environmental benefits.
