摘要：小儿厌食症是儿童时期常见的食欲障碍性疾病。中医学认为,脾失健运是小儿厌食症的病机关键,运脾法是治疗本病的基本方法。研究表明,肠道微生态失衡是脾失健运的重要生物学基础,肠道菌群紊乱是小儿厌食症发生和发展的重要特征,运脾中药及复方有助于恢复肠道菌群的平衡稳态。本文基于脾失健运核心病机,探讨运脾法调节肠道菌群治疗小儿厌食症,为辨治该病提供参考。
Infantile anorexia is a common appetite disorder disease in childhood.According to TCM,dysfunction of spleen in transportation is the key to the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia,and activating spleen method is an important method for the treatment of this disease.Studies have shown that the imbalance of intestinal microecological is an important biological basis for dysfunction of spleen in transportation,that intestinal flora disorder is an important feature of the occurrence and development of infantile anorexia,that TCM for activating spleen method is beneficial to restoring the balance and homeostasis of the intestinal flora.Based on the core pathogenesis of dysfunction of spleen in transportation,this article discussed the regulation of intestinal flora in the treatment of infantile anorexia by activating spleen method,and provided reference for the identification and treatment of this disease.
