摘要:随着医学领域的快速发展和社会对高素质医学专业人才需求的日益增加,中西医临床医学专业的教学模式亟须创新与优化。该文探讨中西医临床医学专业实施“分段式”教学管理与监控体系的优化策略与实践成效,采用优化管理机制、院校共建教研室联盟、健全教学督导机制、践行分阶段考核、全面推进“教考分离”等方法,以期为提升中西医临床医学专业教育质量提供参考。
With the rapid development of the medical field and the increasing demand for high-quality medical professionals in society,the teaching mode of clinical medicine in traditional Chinese and Western medicine urgently needs innovation and optimization.This article is to explore the optimization strategies and practical effects of implementing a“segmented”teaching management and monitoring system in the clinical medicine major of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods such as optimizing management mechanisms,building teaching and research room alliances among universities,improving teaching supervision mechanisms,implementing phased assessments,and comprehensively promoting the“separation of teaching and examination”are adopted to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical medicine education in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
