摘要:肾纤维化(renal fibrosis,RF)是各种慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的主要病理基础,以细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的异常沉积为特征。因此,CKD的治疗以抗肾脏纤维化为关键。西医以对症治疗及替代治疗为主,但其疗效及患者接受度有限。中医药在治疗CKD中优势独特,具有不良反应小及患者接受度高等特点。目前,中药单味药物、其有效组分及其配伍在防治RF中的应用广泛。水蛭地龙作为血肉有情之品,临床常相须为用。作者就近年水蛭、地龙有效组分及其配伍防治RF的临床及实验研究进行综述,为中医药治疗CKD提供理论依据。
Renal fibrosis(RF)is the main pathological basis of various chronic kidney diseases(CKD),characterized by abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix(ECM).Therefore,the key to the treatment of CKD is to fight against renal fibrosis.Western medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment and replacement therapy,but its efficacy and patient acceptance are limited.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of CKD,with few adverse reactions and high patient acceptance.At present,single Chinese medicine,its effective components and their compatibility are widely used in the prevention and treatment of RF.Leech and earthworm are both flesh and blood products,and are often used together in clinical practice.This article reviews the clinical and experimental studies on the effective components of leeches and earthworms and their compatibility in the prevention and treatment of RF in recent years,providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of CKD with traditional Chinese medicine.
