摘要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,人们不重视此病,导致致残率高,预后效果差,对患者的生活质量有严重影响。中医药在预防糖尿病和慢性并发症方面积累了一些临床经验,治疗糖尿病周围神经病变取得很好的疗效。康学东教授在多年临床中运用补肾通络1号方治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变阴虚血瘀证,在改善患者症状方面取得良效。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,and people always don’t pay attention to the disease,which lead to a high disability rate and poor prognosis,impacting on the quality of life of patients.TCM has accumulated some clinical experience in the prevention of diabetes and chronic complications,and has a good effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Therefore,Professor KANG Xuedong used the Bushen Tongluo No.1 prescription(补肾通络1号方)in clinic for many years to treat the Yin(阴)deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and achieved good results in improving patients’symptoms.
