摘要:目的:探讨武权生教授周期疗法经验方(Ⅰ号方、Ⅱ号方)对乳腺增生病(HMG)模型大鼠性激素的影响。方法:将90只大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,逍遥丸组,三苯氧胺组及中药低、中、高剂量组;除空白组外余各组均进行乳腺增生造模。待造模成功后,空白组和模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,其余5组分别给予逍遥丸、三苯氧胺、中药(Ⅰ号方、Ⅱ号方)灌胃,共30天。结果:造模后,各造模组大鼠的乳头直径与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。用药30天后各用药组大鼠乳头直径缩小,与造模后相比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);中药高剂量组与空白组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),各用药组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。模型组大鼠血清E2、PRL升高,P下降,与空白组比较差异有统计学差异(P <0. 05);与模型组相比较,各用药组大鼠血清E2、PRL下降下降,P升高,其中中药中剂量组血清E2、逍遥丸组血清P和PRL、中药组血清PRL与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:武权生教授周期疗法经验方(Ⅰ号方、Ⅱ号方)可通过调节大鼠血清E2、PRL、P治疗HMG。
Objective: To explore the effect of the empirical formula (Fommla Ⅰ and Formula Ⅱ) , which was proposed by professor WU Quansheng based on the periodic therapy, on sex hormones in rats with hyperplasia of mammary gland(HMG). Methods : 90 rats were randomly divided into the blank group, the model group, the Xiaoyao Pill group, the Tamoxifen group, and the empirical formmula groups ( low - dose, medium - dose, and high -dose). The HMG model was established in all the groups except the blank group, after successful modeling, the blank group and the model group were given normal saline, and the rest five groups were inter- vened with Xiaoyao Pill, Tamoxifen, and Formula I and Formula II respectively; the treatment course was 30 days. Results: After modeling, there were statistical differences in the nipple diameters between the modeling groups and the blank group(P 〈0.05). After 30 days of medication, the nipple diameters were significantly narrowed in all medication groups, compared to those before medication ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; of which there was no statistical difference between the high - dose group and the blank group (P 〉 0.05 ) ; and the differences were significant between the medication groups and the model group (P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of E2 and PRL were significantly increased, and serum level of P was greatly decreased in the model group compared to thosein the blank group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; after medication, the levels of E2 and PRL were decreased and the level of P was increased; there were statistical difference in the level of E2 between the medium - dose group and the model group, in the levels of P and PRL between the Xiaoyao Pill group and the model group, as well as in the level of PRL between the empirical formula groups and the model group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The empirical formula (Fommla Ⅰ and Formula Ⅱ) proposed by professor WU Quansheng based on the periodic therapy can adjust serum levels of E2, PRL and P to treat HMG in rats.
