摘要：卵巢储备功能低下(Diminished Ovarian Reserve,DOR)是当今社会常见的妇科内分泌紊乱症状,发病率逐年上升,追寻患者病史可能为当今社会的生活节奏紧张,工作压力大及饮食睡眠等因素可能导致女性的卵巢功能降低,及先天禀赋不足等导致月经量少,月经后期等,进而影响育龄期妇女正常生活。定坤丹具滋补肝肾,补益气血,调经解郁之效,配合雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗DOR所致月经过少,可以取得很好疗效,进而为临床诊疗提供参考。
Ovarian reserve function is a common gynecologic endocrine disorder symptoms in today's society,and the incidence increased year by year.Nervous rhythm of life in today’s society,work pressure and the factors such as diet,sleep can reduce female ovarian function,and inadequate natural endowment,which led to little menstrual quantity,menstruation late and so on,which affect the normal life period of women of childbearing age.Dingkun Dan(定坤丹)has the effect on tonifying liver and kidney,nourishing Qi(气)and blood,regulating menstruation and relieving depression.Combined with estrogen sequential therapy,it can achieve very good curative effect on hypomenorrhea from ovarian reserve function.
