摘要：综述白介素(IL)-1β在椎间盘退变中的作用及中药干预的研究进展。IL-1β是一种促炎性细胞因子,其过度分泌可导致椎间盘发生炎症和结构破坏,促使椎间盘退变进一步发展。近年来研究表明,中药活性成分可靶向抑制多种椎间盘细胞内的IL-1β,从而起到保护椎间盘的作用。基于IL-1β的结构、功能及调节机制,探讨IL-1β在椎间盘退变中的作用机制,并对相关中药的干预进展作一综述。
This paper summarizes the role of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in intervertebral disc degeneration and the advancement in research on interventions using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).IL-1βis a pro-inflammatory cytokine whose overexpression can lead to inflammation and structural damage in the intervertebral discs,further accelerating disc degeneration.Recent studies have shown that active components in traditional Chinese medicine can target and inhibit IL-1βwithin various disc cells,thereby protecting the discs.This paper discusses the mechanisms of IL-1βin intervertebral disc degeneration based on the structure,function,and regulatory mechanisms of IL-1β,and reviews the progress of related traditional Chinese medicine interventions.
