摘要：目的了解城市社区老年人生活状况,为开展社区老年人服务工作提供科学依据。方法采用自编调查问卷,对兰州市某社区60岁以上老年人生活状况进行实地调查。结果该社区老年人家庭结构以空巢家庭为主,老年人生活消费支出总体偏低,老年人身心健康状况不良,老年人生活娱乐方式较为单一。结论城市社区老年人生活状况存在质量差异,政府与社区管理部门要继续拓展"扶老、助老"项目,以延缓老年人心理和社会功能下降的速度。
Objectives To understand the living conditions of the elderly in community and to provide the scientific basis for community service.Methods The living conditions of the elderly(60 years or older) was investigated by self-compiled questionnaire.Results The investigation showed that the elderly in community family structure was mainly empty-nest families;expenditure on consumption for living was obviously on the low side;physical and mental health status was bad;life and recreational method appeared somehow single.Conclusions The results showed that the life quality of community elderly are differences.Urban community management departments should continue to expand the 'support and help the elderly' project,and to create a social environment for the elderly healthy life.
