摘要：查阅近年来国内外相关文献,从抗炎、镇痛,保肝,改善睡眠及认知功能,保护脑缺血再灌注损伤,对心血管系统的作用,其他作用等六方面归纳、总结栀子苷的药理作用,并指出目前研究中存在的不足,期望在将来的研究中能对其进行完善,从而为栀子苷的安全用药及研究提供参考。
By consulting the relevant literature in China and at abroad in recent years,this paper generalizes and summarizes the pharmacological action of geniposide from 6 aspects,including the anti-inflammation and analgesia,protecting liver,improving sleep and cognitive function,protection of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,on the function of cardiovascular system,and other effects,and points out the deficiencies in the present study,expecting to perfecting it in future studies,thereby providing a reference for the safe medication and research of gardenoside.
