摘要:目的为了探索海洛因成瘾对大鼠大脑海马区的损伤机制。方法通过剂量递增法皮下注射海洛因造成大鼠海洛因依赖模型,观察大鼠成瘾后戒断体征以及HE和免疫组化CCK和C-fos表达情况。结果海洛因依赖大鼠造模成功后与对照组大鼠相比明显表现出戒断体征,同时免疫组化和HE切片,CCK和C-fos都有阳性表达。结论海洛因依赖对大鼠海马区有损伤作用,CCK和C-fos都有明显表达。
Objective To study the effects of heroin addicts on rat,s hippocampus regions.Methods The rats were got more and more doses under the skin to establish a heroin dependence model.After that,We observed the signs of withdrawal and they are different from the control group.Results The expressions of CCK and C-fos positive cells were obviously from the HE and immunohistochemistry pictures.Conclusions Heroin addicts has bad effect on the rat,s hippocampus regions.
