摘要：目前国内外对肛裂的手术方法众多，但因各种术式均有其优势，迄今为止尚无一种最佳术式。本文就此方面作一回顾，旨在为肛裂的手术方面探索新的思路。
At present, there are many surgical methods of anal fissure at home and abroad, but every method has its own advantages. So far, there is not a preferred procedure. The paper gives a systematic retrospection of surgical treatment of anal fissure to explore new treatment methods.
