摘要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是全球最常见且危害最大的神经系统疾病之一。中医学认为AD以肾虚精亏为主要病因病机。针灸是中医治疗AD最常用的替代和补充治疗手段之一,是一种经济易行的治疗方法。临床集中于选取具有补肾健脾,填精益髓功效的腧穴,具有较好的疗效。通过探讨运用“补肾健脾,填精益髓”针法(选取百会、肾俞、脾俞、足三里、三阴交、肺俞、合谷七穴)治疗AD的理论基础,发现在中医学中肾通于脑,肾与脾,脾与肠(肠道菌群)关系密切,因此肾和脾与肠-脑轴关系密切,另外,现代研究发现肠道菌群与AD密切相关。因此,“补肾健脾,填精益髓”针法通过百会、肾俞等七穴配伍,能够达到进一步调节肠道微生态,调整肠-脑轴,改善肠道通透性,降低炎症反应等防治AD的目的。
Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is one of the most common and harmful nervous system diseases in the world,whose primary pathogenesis is summarized by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as kidney and essence deficiency.In TCM treatments for AD,acupuncture is one of the most commonly used alternative and complementary methods,which is economical and easy.In clinical practice,acupoints selected mainly bring about the effect of tonifying kidney and spleen,alongside replenishing essence and marrow,achieving a satisfactory effect.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of AD treatment using the“Bushen Jianpi,Tianjing Yisui”acupuncture involving seven acupoints of Baihui(GV 20),Shenshu(BL 23),Pishu(BL 20),Zusanli(ST 36),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Feishu(BL 13),and Hegu(LI 4).Then,close relation is found between kidney and brain,kidney and spleen,spleen and intestine(gut microbiota)in TCM,thereby indicating a close relation of kidney and spleen with the gut-brain axis.Additionally,modern studies have found a close relation between gut microbiota and AD.Therefore,through the compatibility of“Bushen Jianpi,Tianjing Yisui”acupuncture with these seven acupoints,the intestinal microecology can be further regulated,the gut-brain axis can be adjusted,intestinal permeability can be improved,and inflammation response can be reduced,thus preventing and treating AD.
