摘要：导师姜劲挺教授擅长从肝脾肾三脏论治内伤型腰椎间盘突出症,对于内伤型腰椎间盘突出症形成了一套独特的诊疗理念,他根据中医五体辨证理论和中医脊柱相关疾病学理论,认为内伤型腰椎间盘突出症的病变是一种由肝入脾及肾的病变过程,采用疏肝补肾、脾胃同调、调畅情志之法为内伤型腰椎间盘突出症提供了新颖、有效的治疗理念和方法。
Professor JIANG Jinting excels in treating non-traumatic lumbar disc herniation from liver,spleen and kidney,and forms a set of distinct treatment ideas with respect to non-traumatic lumbar disc herniation. On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） five constituents sydnrome differentiation theory and the theories of disease relevant to TCM spine,JIANG considers the lesion of non-traumatic lumbar disc herniation is a kind of pathologic change from liver,spleen and kidney. By adopting the approaches of soothing liver and reinforcing kidney,adjusting spleen and stomach together,and regulating emotions,Professor JIANG provides novel and effective treatment ideas and therapies for non-traumatic lumbar disc herniation.
