摘要：目的分析2015—2017年甘肃省嘉峪关市抗菌药物的使用情况。方法选择2015年1月—2017年12月甘肃省嘉峪关市医保数据库中4家二甲以上医院的数据信息,并进行随机抽样,采取SPSS软件对数据进行分析处理。结果 2015—2017年甘肃省嘉峪关市抗菌药物总金额、品种数、日均药费、用药人次呈逐年增加的趋势,年平均增长率分别为10.12%、26.68%、8.23%、11.77%;抗菌药物口服品种2016年和2017年均明显高于2015年,增长率分别为13.65%、18.92%,注射品种2016年和2017年均明显高于2015年,增长率分别为42.02%、29.59%;2015—2017年喹诺酮口服剂型用药人次呈逐年升高的趋势,年平均增长率分别为8.20%,注射剂型药人次呈逐年升高的趋势,年平均增长率分别为8.16%;2015—2017年头孢菌素总金额、品种数、日均药费、用药人次,呈逐年升高的趋势,年平均增长率分别为16.12%、13.70%、11.14%、7.38%。结论目前临床上抗菌药物不合理使用现象仍较为严重,必须对抗菌药物的临床应用加强管理,减少不合理的抗菌药物使用。
Objective To analysis on the use of antibiotics in Jiayuguan City of Gansu Province from 2015 to 2017. Methods Data information in Jiayuguan Medical Insurance Database of Gansu Province from January 2015 to December 2017 was selected and randomly sampled. SPSS software was used to analyze and process the data. Results From 2015 to 2017, the average annual growth rates of the total amount of antibiotics, the number of varieties, the daily average drug cost and the drug users in Jiayuguan City of Gansu Province were 10.12%, 26.68%, 8.23% and 11.77%, respectively. The trend is increasing year by year. The growth rates of oral antibiotics varieties in 2016 and 2017 were 13.65% and 18.92%, and those of injected antibiotics varieties in 2016 and 2017 were 42.02% and 29.59% respectively. From 2015 to 2017, the average annual growth rates of quinolone oral dosage forms and injection dosage forms were 8.20% and 8.16%. From 2015 to 2017, the total amount of cephalosporins, the number of varieties, the average daily drug cost and the average annual growth rate of drug users were 16.12%, 13.70%, 11.14% and 7.38%. Conclusion At present, the irrational use of antibiotics in clinic is still serious. It is necessary to strengthen the management of clinical application of antibiotics and reduce the irrational use of antibiotics.
