摘要:目的探讨不同栽培条件(大棚、地膜覆盖、露地)当归多糖含量。方法用加热回流法提取样品当归多糖,采用苯酚硫酸比色法测定当归多糖含量。结果大棚、地膜、露地样品多糖含量的平均值分别为:3.29%、2.87%、3.89%。结论不同栽培条件下当归多糖含量不同,露地>大棚>地膜,露地栽培对当归多糖含量的影响程度最为明显,大棚次之,且大棚栽培与地膜覆盖对当归多糖含量的影响程度基本相近。
Objective To determine Angelica sinensis polysaccharide content from the different cultivation conditions ( the green- house,plastic film mulching,and the generai cultivation). Methods The method of phenol- sulfuric acid colorimetry was used to determine the polysaccharide content of Reflux extraction samples of Angelica sinensis. Results Greenhouse, plastic film, and gen- eral cultivation in the samples of polysaccharide content of average values were:3.29% ,2.87% ,3.89%. Conclusion The Angeli- ca Sinensis polysaccharide contents vary among those three kinds of different cultivation conditions : and general cultivation 〉 green- house 〉 plastic film. The influence of general cultivation on Angelica sinensis polysaccharide content is most apparent, followed by greenhouse. The last two cultivations showed the similar effect on the nolvsaecharide content of Angelica sinensis.
