摘要：Many studies have demonstrated that ampelopsin ( AMP), a kind of flavonoid isolated from the tender stem and leaves of Ampelopsis grossedentata, possess numerous pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, relieving cough, antioxidation, antihypertension, hepatoprotection and anticarcinogenic effect. Ampelopsin sodium (AMP-Na) was AMP prepared into sodium salt of high solubility, with higher solubility and stability. In this paper, we demonstrated that AMP-Na could induce apoptosis in human lung adenocarcinoma SPC-A-1 cells; the mechanism was involved in targeting micro-tubules to promote tubulin polymerization, disrupting mitosis, and arresting cell cycle in S phase.
