摘要：肥胖是一种脂肪积聚过多的慢性代谢性疾病。近年来,肥胖发生率逐年攀升,严重影响人体健康。肥胖病因复杂,且发病机制尚不明确,与生理、遗传、心理、社会、药物、环境等诸多因素相关。现代医学治疗肥胖常用药物治疗、生活方式干预、减重代谢手术等;中医治疗肥胖综合运用中药、针灸、推拿、拔罐、饮食等多种疗法。结合国内外研究进展,总结近年来中西医治疗肥胖的现状,以期为进一步提高肥胖临床疗效提供参考。
Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by excessive fat accumulation.In recent years,the incidence of obesity has been rising year by year,seriously jeopardizing human health.The etiology of obesity is complex and the pathogenesis is still unclear,involving physiology,genetics,psychology,society,drugs,environment and many other aspects.Western medical treatment of obesity commonly involves medication,lifestyle interventions,and weight loss metabolic surgery;Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment for obesity integrates a variety of therapeutic methods such as Chinese herbs,acupuncture,tuina,cupping,and diet.Combining domestic and international research progress,we summarize the current situation of Chinese and Western medicine exploring and treating obesity in recent years,with a view to providing a reference basis for further improving the clinical efficacy of obesity.
