摘要：冠状病毒是一种能够引起人和动物呼吸系统感染的单股正链RNA病毒,主要引起呼吸道感染,症状较轻微,在免疫力低下人群中有可能导致严重呼吸道感染症状。2003年流行的严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)和2012年发生的中东呼吸综合证(MERS)均是由冠状病毒所引起,主要侵犯呼吸道,临床症状重,病死率较高。2019年至今流行的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)虽病死率不及前二者,但是蔓延速度之快,发病人数之多,后果之严重,已经严重影响了中国及世界人民的健康和社会的发展。本文就流行病学特征和中药治疗研究对这三种冠状病毒进行比较。
Coronavirus is a single strand RNA virus which can lead to respiratory infection in human and animals.It mainly causes upper respiratory tract infection with mild symptom,but it may cause severe respiratory infection in people with low immunity.SARS in 2003 and MERS in 2012 were caused by also coronavirus,which mainly invaded the respiratory tract.The two diseases have severe clinical symptoms and high mortality rate.COVID-19 has lower fatality rate than the two diseases,but it spreads fast and has a large number of cases with serious consequences,which may affect the human health and social development in China and all around the world.In this paper,the epidemiological characteristics and treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine for the three coronaviruses were compared.
