摘要：新型冠状病毒肺炎感染疫情已被世界卫生组织列为国际公共卫生紧急事件。随着国内疫情逐步得到控制,而国外新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例仍在迅速增加,表明新型冠状病毒肺炎仍处在爆发阶段。新型冠状病毒肺炎是由一种β冠状病毒引起,其主要感染呼吸系统而发病。然而,随着疫情的不断发展,临床病例数的急剧增加,除引起呼吸系统病变外,尚可引起心血管系统疾病,如心肌损伤、心律失常及心功能不全等。更不可忽视的是,对于患有心力衰竭病人而言,任何因素都可引起心力衰竭患者病情加重,然目前最主要的致病因素为新冠病毒感染引起的肺炎。因此,对于心力衰竭患者,由新型冠状病毒肺炎诱发引起心力衰竭需足够重视。
Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)has been listed as an international public health emergency by the World Health Organization.With the gradual control of the domestic epidemic,the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in foreign countries is still increasing rapidly,indicating that the new type of COVID-19 is still in the outbreak stage.COVID-19 is caused by a beta coronavirus,which mainly infects the respiratory system.However,with the continuous development of the epidemic,the number of clinical cases has increased dramatically.Besides causing respiratory diseases,it also can cause cardiovascular diseases,such as myocardial injury,arrhythmia and cardiac insufficiency.More importantly,for patients with heart failure,any factor can cause aggravation of heart failure,but the main pathogenic factor is COVID-19.Therefore,sufficient attention should be paid to the cause of heart failure induced by COVID-19 in patients with heart failure.
