摘要:三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate, ATP)是生物体内最直接的能量来源,也是重要的信号分子,参与到几乎所有生命及代谢过程中。研究发现,在肿瘤组织中,由于炎症、坏死、缺氧等因素的影响,使细胞内ATP大量释放到细胞外,导致肿瘤微环境中ATP浓度快速而短暂的升高,给肿瘤微环境及肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭转移、耐药等都带了不容忽视的影响。基于以上特点,研究认为ATP可作为肿瘤防治的一个策略或肿瘤靶向药物的载体。但是由于ATP在细胞外分解速度较快,存在的时间短暂,目前的检测方法和检测手段还存在一定的局限性,为研究其生物学作用带来了一定困难,导致目前对肿瘤微环境中ATP的作用认识还不足。本文就肿瘤微环境中ATP在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及进展做一综述,旨在为其生物学作用的深入研究提供参考。
Adenosine triphosphate(ATP) is the most direct source of energy in organism and is an important signaling molecule, participating in almost all life and metabolic processes. Due to the influence of inflammation, necrosis and hypoxia, a large amount of intracellular ATP was released from cells, leading to a rapid and transient increase in the concentration of ATP in tumor microenvironment, which had a significant impact on the proliferation, invasion and metastasis, and drug resistance of tumor cells. Therefore, ATP is considered to be of great significance as a strategy for tumor treatment or as a carrier for tumor targeting medicine. However, because of the rapid decomposition rate of ATP in extracellular environment, the ephemeral existence time, and the limits of detection methods still have certain limitations, it is hard to study the biological role of ATP in tumor microenvironment. In this review, the role of ATP in tumor microenvironment and its research progresses were summerized to provide more references for further study of its biological function.
