摘要：头穴透刺法是于中医脏腑经络理论的指导下,应用传统手法针刺头部经络腧穴来治疗疾病的一种方法,在缺血性中风的临床实践中疗效显著。根据《素问》所提到的“皮有分部”的理论,本研究分别从“皮部”的划分依据、形态分布以及功能作用3个方面剖析其内涵,并以此为根源,结合现代医学相关研究对缺血性中风与“皮有分部”的内在关联及治疗思路进行探究,以期为头穴透刺法治疗缺血性中风提供依据,以在临床推广应用。
Scalp point through point acupuncture, which has a remarkable curative effect in treatment of ischemic stroke, is a method to treat the disease by using the traditional technique of needling scalp meridians and points. According to the theory of ’cortex division’ mentioned in Simple Questions, this study analyzed its connotation in terms of the division of ’cortex’, morphological distribution and functional effects. Based on this, it combines with modern research to explore the intrinsic relationship between ischemic stroke and ’cortex division’ and treatment thought, aiming to provide the treatment basis for ischemic stroke with scalp point through point acupuncture, and to promote its application in clinical practice.
