摘要：“一带一路”建设为敦煌中医药文化发展提供了前所未有的机遇和挑战。此研究基于当前敦煌中医药文化发展的现状及“一带一路”建设带来的机遇,提出敦煌中医药文化的传承与创新,应与“一带一路”建设融合发展,着力增强“三个语境”,确立“四种理念”,坚持“三个推进”,以加快敦煌中医药文化发展与传播为宗旨,采取构建敦煌中医药教育人才培养模式与建设敦煌中医药课程体系等措施,为敦煌中医药文化传承创新和人类健康事业的快速发展提供科学借鉴作用。
The construction of“the Belt and Road”provides unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the development of Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine culture.Based on the present situation of the development of Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine culture and the opportunity brought by the construction of“the Belt and Road”,this study proposes that the inheritance and development of Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine culture should be integrated with the construction of“the Belt and Road”,“Three Contexts”should be strengthened,“Four Concepts”should be established,and the development and dissemination of Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine culture should be accelerated,and measures should be taken to construct the talent cultivating mode of Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine education and to construct Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine curriculum system,so as to provide reference for the inheritance and innovation development of Dunhuang traditional Chinese medicine culture as well as fast development of health care of human beings.
