摘要:分析目前中医妇科学教学中存在的问题,指出在传统教学方式的基础上开展翻转课堂的优势,从课前准备、课堂教学、课后辅导、教学成果检验4个方面详细论述中医妇科学翻转课堂的实施过程,最后总结教学过程中开展翻转课堂的难点。传统中医妇科学教学存在教学时间有限、师生互动受限,实训、实操时间过少等问题,开展翻转课堂可有效解决上述问题,提高学生的学习效率,培养学生的自主学习及解决问题能力,有助于学生中医临床思维的形成。
This paper examines current issues in the teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Gynecology and points out the advantages of implementing the flipped classroom approach as a complement to conventional teaching methods.It systematically elaborates on the implementation process of the flipped classroom in TCM Gynecology education through four key phases:pre-class preparation,classroom instruction,post-class mentoring,and learning outcome evaluation.The study concludes with a critical analysis of the challenges encountered in applying this pedagogical model.Traditional TCM Gynecology teaching has long been constrained by limited instructional time,insufficient teacher-student interaction,and inadequate clinical simulation practice.The flipped classroom methodology effectively addresses these limitations by enhancing learning efficiency,fostering students'self-directed learning capabilities and problem-solving skills,and facilitating the development of TCM clinical reasoning competencies.
