摘要:目的 探讨在中医类专业《病理学》中开展“SPOC+翻转课堂”教学模式的效果。方法 对甘肃中医药大学中医学(免费医学定向)2020、2021级本科生《病理学》课程实施“SPOC+翻转课堂”教学模式为研究组(n=186),中医学2018级本科生采用常规教学方法为对照组(n=89),通过问卷调查、课程成绩分析、开放式访谈,从专业知识掌握、个人能力培养、教师授课方式和学生学习效果4个方面对教学效果展开评价。结果 77.78%的学生认同专业知识掌握得到提升,83.51%的学生认同个人能力培养有所提升,82.80%的学生表示能够接受教师的授课方式,71.33%的学生认为学习效果良好。采用“SPOC+翻转课堂”教学组学生期末成绩和优秀率均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 “SPOC+翻转课堂”教学模式在中医类专业《病理学》教学中应用,得到了学生广泛认可,调动了学生的学习积极性,提高了教学效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of"SPOC+flipped classroom"mode in the teaching of Pathology for TCM majors.Methods The research group(n=186)implemented the"SPOC+flipped classroom"teaching mode for the pathology course of undergraduate students in Grade 2020 and 2021 of traditional Chinese medicine(free medical orientation)at Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,while the control group(n=89)used conventional teaching methods for undergraduate students in Grade 2018 of traditional Chinese medicine.Through questionnaires,course performance analysis,and open interviews,the teaching effect was evaluated from four aspects:professional knowledge mastery,personal ability cultivation,teaching methods of teachers and student learning effects.Results 77.78%of students agree that their mastery of professional knowledge has been improved,83.51%of students agree that their personal ability development has been improved,82.80%of students say they can accept the teacher’s teaching methods,and 71.33%of students believe that their l earning outcomes are good.The students in the"SPOC+flipped classroom"teaching group had higher final scores and excellent rates than those in the conventional teaching group,with s tatistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"SPOC+flipped classroom"teaching mode in the teaching of Pathology for TCM majors has been widely recognized by students,which has mobilized students’enthusiasm for learning and improved the teaching effect.
