摘要：目的:考察补阳还五汤加减方对成年健康SD大鼠血常规的影响,以期揭示补阳还五汤加减方促进骨髓增殖的作用机理。方法:分别使用补阳还五汤加右归丸10:1(m/m)、单方右归丸、生理盐水对大鼠进行干预,2 m L,灌胃,2次/天,干预7天后,禁食不禁水24 h,股动脉穿刺采血,用CA-500血液自动分析仪进行检测,观察其对血常规的影响。结果:经补阳还五汤加减方干预后,血小板数量和比容较正常组升高;红细胞数量和比容增加;红细胞体积分布宽度增加;血红蛋白含量显著升高;红细胞平均血红蛋白含量和浓度均升高,显著高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05);白细胞和淋巴细胞数量显著高于生理盐水组(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤及其加减方均可降低出血风险,增加携氧量,提高免疫力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on blood routine examination of adult healthy SD rats to reveal the action mechanism of modifi ed Buyang Huanwu Decoction in promoting marrow proliferation. Method: Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus Youguiwan Decoction(10:1(m/m)), Youguiwan Decoction and normal saline(2m L, P.O., Q12H) were given to rats respectively. After 7 days of intervention, animals were fasted for 24 hours with free access to water. Blood were collected via femoral artery puncture and then detected by CA-500 blood automatic analyzer in order to observe their effects on blood routine. Result: After the invention of modifi ed Buyang Huanwu Decoction, blood platelet and specifi c volume were increased than that of the normal group. Red blood cell count and specifi c volume were increased. Red blood cell volume distribution width was increased. Hemoglobin content was signifi cantly increased. Both mean corpuscular hemoglobin content and concentration were higher than those of the normal group(P<0.01,P<0.05,p<0.05). Hemameba count and lymphocyte count were significantly higher than those of the normal saline group(P<0.01,P<0.05,p<0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its modifi ed prescription can lower risk of bleeding, increase oxygen uptake and enhance immunity.
