摘要:目的了解临床病理讨论(clinical pathological conference,CPC)教学法对病理学实验教学的影响。方法选取2013级,2014级和2015级临床医学专业各两个平行班,分别设为对照组和试验组,对照组应用传统的教学方法,试验组应用CPC教学法。以教师评价、实验成绩以及理论成绩作为评估教学效果的指标。结果试验组的教师评价、实验课成绩和理论课成绩3个指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CPC教学法可弥补传统的病理实验学法中的不足之处,提高成绩和学习兴趣以及病理学理论和临床实践结合的能力。
Objective To investigate the influence of Clinical pathological Conference( CPC) teaching method on pathological experiment teaching. Methods Two parallel classes of Grade 2013, 2014 and 2015 were selected as the control group and the experimental group respectively. The control group used traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted CPC teaching method. The teaching effect was evaluated by teacher's evaluation, experimental scores and theoretical scores. Results The scores of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in both the teacher's evaluation, the experimental course and the theoretical course(P 0.05). Conclusion The CPC teaching method can make up for the deficiency of traditional method,improve scores and interesting of learning, and advance the combination of pathological theory and clinical practice.
