摘要：目的:总结麝香所治疗的热点疾病,探究麝香研究领域的研究热点与发展趋势以及存在的不足,针对其存在的不足提出建议,为未来麝香的研究方向提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊以及中国生物医学文献服务系统中自建库起至2023年麝香研究相关中文文献;检索Web of Science、PubMed以及Embase中自建库起至2023年麝香研究相关英文文献,导入EndNote进行文献管理。采用VOSviewer 1.6.19和CiteSpace 6.2.R2绘制关键词共现、聚类和突现图。结果:中文数据库共纳入符合标准的文献10 611篇,英文数据库中共纳入符合标准的文献3 768篇。中文文献关键词频次位居前3位的是“麝香保心丸”“冠心病”“心绞痛”;英文文献关键词频次位居前3位的是“musk”“animals”“unclassified drug”;关键词聚类分析显示,中、英文文献各得到9个有效聚类;关键词突现分析显示,中、英文文献各得到25个突现词。结论:当前麝香领域的发展趋势良好,麝香领域的研究热点集中在麝香中成药制剂、临床应用及其药理学研究,麝香所治疗的热点疾病主要是冠心病和心绞痛等心血管疾病,接下来应进一步加深麝香药理作用的研究,研究麝香对其他疾病的治疗。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the hot diseases treated by musk,explore the research hot spots,development trends and shortcomings in the field of musk research,and put forward suggestions for future research directions of musk.METHODS The Chinese literature related to Musk research in China National Know ledge Infrasructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data knowledge Service platform,Weipu Chinese journals and China Biomedical Literature Service System were searched from the date of database construction to 2023.English literature related to Musk research in Web of Science,PubMed and Embase from the date of database construction to 2023 was retrieved and imported into EndNote for literature management.VOSviewer 1.6.19 and CiteSpace 6.2.R2were used to draw keyword co-occurrence,clusters and emergence maps.RESULTS A total of 10611 articles conforming to the criteria were included in the Chinese database and 3768 articles conforming to the criteria in the English database.The top three keywords in Chinese literature were"Shexiang Baoxin pill""coronary heart disease""angina pectoris".The top three keywords in English literature were"musk""animals""unclassified drug".Keyword cluster analysis showed that 9 effective clusters were obtained in both Chinese and English literature.The keyword emergence analysis showed that 25 emergent words were obtained in both Chinese and English literatures.CONCLUSION The current development trend in the field of musk is good,and the research hotspot in the field of musk is focused on the preparation of proprietary Chinese medicine,clinical application and pharmacological research.The hot diseases treated by musk are mainly cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Next,it should further study the pharmacological effects of musk,and study the treatment of other diseases.
