摘要：通过文献研究、教学总结与临床实践发现,治疗音乐选择范围含混不清,治疗音乐核心特征认知不明确、领悟不到位,治疗音乐使用不系统是阻碍五行音乐疗法临床运用及医学生学习传承的主要原因。为解决以上问题,首先,对五音的基本概念认知进行了梳理与总结,提炼出6种认知,初步明确治疗音乐的选择范围;其次,在6种认知范畴内,对具有治疗作用的“五音”特征进行了辨析和总结,进一步明确治疗音乐的选择范围,明确治疗音乐的核心特征认知;最后,对治疗音乐的临床应用提出了建议。
Through literature research,teaching summary and clinical practice,it was found that the main reasons hindering the clinical application of five elements music therapy and its learning and inheritance were the ambiguous range of therapeutic music selection,the unclear cognition and comprehension of the core characteristics of therapeutic music,and the unsystematic use of therapeutic music.In order to solve the above problems,this paper firstly combs and summarizes the basic concept cognition of five tones,extracts six types of cognition,and initially defines the selection range of therapeutic music.Then,in the six types of cognition,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of"five tones"with therapeutic effects,further defines the selection range of therapeutic music,and clarifies the core characteristics of therapeutic music.Finally,some suggestions on the clinical application of therapeutic music are put forward.
