摘要：跨境救灾国际法关乎着受灾国主权利益的维护,约束着世界大国对受灾国的干涉和非法入侵行为,但是现阶段在跨境救灾的国家法制上仍然存在很多不足之处。应完善有关国际灾难救援的指南和守则,制订框架性公约,保护中小国家利益,并建立适合我国跨境救灾的相关法律。
International law in cross-border relief concerns a lot about safeguarding sovereignty interests of the affected countries, meanwhile, it restrict inference and illegal invasion behaviors from the world power. However, currently there still exists many shortcomings in national legal system when cross-border relief is conducted. What we should do is to perfect the relevant guidelines and rules concerning international disaster relief, to formulate the framework convention, to protect the interests of small and medium-sized countries, and to establish relevant laws which are suitable for cross-border disaster relief in our country.
