摘要:影响医患关系的因素有很多,但关键的因素还源于医院本身。从管理哲学的角度分析了导致医患关系恶化的原因,指出改变目前医患关系恶化的现状需要从医院内部管理下功夫,通过有效的管理来提升服务质量和效率、提高效益、重塑形象等,以重新获得公众的尊重和支持,构建和谐的医患关系。
A variety of factors affect doctor-patient relationship,but the key factor is from the hospital itself.This paper analysis the causes leading to the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of the management philosophy,suggested that it need to work hard of the internal management of the hospital to change the current doctor-patient relationship status,through effective management to im-prove service quality and efficiency,improve efficiency,rebuild the image,etc.So as to regain the public's respect and support,and build a har-monious relationship between doctors and patients.
