摘要：睡眠与认知功能密切相关,是维持人体身心健康的关键。高原官兵这一特殊群体,由于驻训环境恶劣,睡眠障碍和认知障碍尤为突出。本文通过阐述高原驻训官兵睡眠障碍、认知障碍的特征和发生机制,以及睡眠障碍与认知障碍的内在联系,结合国内外研究,提出高原官兵睡眠和认知障碍防治措施,为进一步探究高原驻军策略提供参考。
Sleep is closely related to cognitive function and is the key to maintaining physical and mental health.For the soldiers in plateau,sleep disorders and cognitive disorders are particularly prominent due to the harsh training environment.This article elaborates on the characteristics and mechanisms of sleep disorders and cognitive disorders in soldiers in plateau,as well as their internal connections.Combining researches at home and abroad,we have proposed measures to prevent and treat the sleep and cognitive impairment of officers and soldiers in plateau,which may provide evidence for further exploring the strategy training at high altitude.
