摘要：加强实践训练与实践学习,是我国高等教育人才培养方式创新的根本要求。师范院校学生的模拟教学是培养大学生的创新精神和实践能力的教学实践活动。经观察分析,学生模拟教学中存在的问题主要有:教育教学观念落后,教学中几乎没有彰显新课程理念,课堂教学缺乏创新;课堂教学的有效性较差;学生缺乏登台锻炼的实践,心理素质不佳;教学基本功有待夯实。
Strengthening practice and learning in reality is the fundamental requirements of creativity for higher education in the training methods. Students' simulation teaching of the normal colleges is the teaching activities to develop the student's creative spirit and their practical capability. By observes and analysis,the problems existing in the simulation teaching are as follows: backward teaching ideas and notions which contain no notions of new curriculum and no innovations in the class teaching; poor efficiency in class teaching; the lack of the opportunities for the students to practice,leading to the student's poor psychological state; large room for the teachers to improve their teaching capability.
