摘要:探索党参种苗质量分级标准的规律性,建立党参种苗质量标准。收集甘肃中部白条党参主产地陇西、渭源的党参种苗,以种苗直径、种苗单苗重和种苗长度为依据进行数据K聚类分析,探索分级的规律性。结果表明,白条党参种苗直径(mm)最终聚类结果1.799、2.063、2.138、2.151、2.154、2.454、3.488、4.027、4.986、5.200;种苗单苗重(g)最终聚类结果1.304、1.395、1.554、1.893、1.986、2.065、2.728、3.976、4.121、4.153;种苗长度(cm)最终聚类结果6.287、7.004、7.408、9.174、9.531、10.736、11.045、12.743、14.389、16.741。说明党参种苗直径、种苗单苗重和种苗长度对于制订党参种苗质量标准具有重要意义。
To explore the regularity of the grading standards for the quality of Codonopsis pilosula seedlings and provide the support for the establishment of quality standards for the seedlings of Codonopsis.The seedlings of Codonopsispilosula were collected from the west of Gansu province and the source of the main origin of Codonopsis pilosula in Gansu Province.Based on the seedling diameter,single seedling weight and seedling length,the data was clustered based on K-cluster analysis to explore the regularity of classification.The final clustering results of the diameter of seedlings of D.ginseng(mm)were 1.799,2.063,2.138,2.151,2.154,2.454,3.488,4.027,4.980,5.200,and the final clustering result of seedling weight(g)was 1.304、1.395,1.554,1.893,1.986,2.065,2.728,3.976,4.121,4.153;seedling length(cm)final clustering results were 6.287、7.004,7.408,9.174,9.531,10.736,11.045,12.743,14.389,16.741.The results showed the diameter of seedlings of Codonopsis pilosula seed,the seed weight and the length of seedlings were of great significance for the form ulation of the quality standards of the seedlings of Codonopsis pilosula.
