摘要:目的了解在校与在职中医护生心理健康状况及社会支持水平,分析原因、探讨对策,以利于提高中医护生的群体素质。方法通过对某中医学院在校就读与在职就读的中医护理大专生共150人进行症状自评量表及社会支持评定量表的调查,进行统计学分析。结果在校中医护生的抑郁因子明显高于在职中医护生;在校中医护生的社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持明显低于在职中医护生。结论增加社会支持水平是提高中医护生群体心理健康水平的重要途径。
Purpose: To know about the level of psychological health and social ass istance of the campus and on-job Chinese nursing students, to analyze reasons, e xplore countermeasures so as to improve the mass quality of the nursing staff. Methods: 150 junior Chinese nursing students were investigated in a certain col lege to evaluate their own symptoms of psychological health and social assistanc e levels. Statistical calculation was done. Results: Campus students got lower l evel of social assistance and were more depressed than on-job students. Conclusi on: It is an important way to gain more social assistance to increase mass psych ological health in Chinese nursing staff.
