摘要：糖尿病视网膜病变属中医学视瞻昏渺、暴盲、云雾移睛范畴。近年来,中医在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的研究取得了一些新进展,本文从病因病机、辨证治疗、分期治疗、专方专药、中药提取物治疗、针灸治疗、中西医结合治疗等方面对相关内容进行了综述。
Diabetic retinopathy is termed as ＇blurred vision, sudden blindness, clouds shifting eyes ＇ in traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, Traditional Chinese medicine has made new progress on treating diabetic retinopathy,This paper mainly reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, phased treatment, special and experienced prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine extract treatment, acupuncture therapy, combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and so on.
