摘要：目的:探讨头穴丛刺结合耳穴压豆治疗美尼尔氏综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例符合纳入标准的美尼尔氏综合征患者依据随机数字表随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用头穴丛刺结合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,两组患者均连续治疗20 d。观察治疗前后两组患者主要中医症状评分的变化情况,采用生活质量调查表SF-36评估治疗前后生活质量,并比较治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.7%(29/30),优于对照组的80%(24/30),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后眩晕、恶心呕吐、耳鸣的中医症状评分较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.01),SF-36评分较治疗前明显提高(均P<0.05);治疗后治疗组眩晕、耳鸣的中医症状评分及SF-36评分优于对照组(均P<0.05),两组恶心呕吐的中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头穴丛刺结合耳穴压豆治疗方案在改善美尼尔氏综合征患者眩晕、耳鸣等主要症状,提高其生活质量方面优于常规针刺疗法。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of scalp clustering acupuncture combined with ear acupressure in the treatment of Meniere’s syndrome(MS). Methods:60 patients with MS,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with scalp clustering acupuncture combined with ear acupressure,whereas the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The two groups were treated for continuous 20 days. The changes of TCM symptoms and signs were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups,and the quality of daily life were assessed by questionnaire SF-36 before and after the treatment in the two groups. Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7%(29/30),which was higher than 80%(24/30)of the control group(P < 0. 05). The scores of the main TCM symptoms(vertigo,nausea and vomiting,tinnitus)were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P < 0. 01),and the SF-36 score was significantly higher after the treatment than that before the treatment in the two groups(P < 0. 05). The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of the improvements of the scores of dizziness,tinnitus and SF-36(P < 0. 05). There was no statistical difference in improving the symptoms of nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion:Scalp clustering acupuncture combined with ear acupressure is superior to conventional acupuncture in terms of improving the main symptoms of MS,such as nausea,vomiting and tinnitus,as well as improving life quality of the patients.
