摘要：肿瘤相关性疾病中的第二大高发病就是失眠,肿瘤患者中失眠的发病率极高,由于癌症诊断或者接受手术、化疗、放疗等各种复杂治疗的打击,强烈的心理压力产生的焦虑及抑郁等原因导致患者睡眠质量降低,严重时可导致睡眠障碍的发生。这不仅会加剧肿瘤患者的病情,还会对患者的生活质量产生极大的影响。张志明主任医师运用中医经典,对恶性肿瘤的辨病、辨证、辨体治疗有独到的见解和创新,尤其是对恶性肿瘤相关性失眠的治疗常取得较好的疗效,现总结如下。
The second highest incidence of cancer-related diseases is insomnia.The incidence of insomnia in cancer patients is extremely high.Because of the impact of cancer diagnosis or complicated treatment such as surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy,strong psychological pressure causes anxiety and depression,which leads to the decline of sleep quality,which in turn causes the occurrence of sleep disorder.It will not only aggravate the disease of cancer patients,but also have a great impact on the quality of life of patients.Dr.Zhang Zhiming,the tutor,has unique insights and innovations in the treatment of malignant tumors,especially in the treatment of tumorrelated insomnia by using the classics of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarizes his clinical experience in the following.
